About Twin Maples Farm

My name is Christine Jameson and I have always been involved in the horse industry. I graduated from Humber College in the Western Coaching Program.

After many years of coaching students and training horses, I slowly made the transition over to draft horses.

Percherons are my breed of choice. The breed originated in Le Perche province of France.

I love their versatility, stamina and brains. They are said to have Arabian blood in them, which is my breed of choice in a riding horse.

 I purchased this farm in 1999. Shortly after we started building a breeding herd and raising Percherons and Percheron Crosses. We also started to build the wagon/carriage ride business. We also had a small cow/calf operation.

Sadly, my soul mate and best friend passed away in 2010 and I needed to downsize and focus on one thing. I sold the cows, the broodmares and foals.

Now I strictly concentrate on the wagon/carriage ride business.
